Q: When is the reservation request window?
A: From 9 a.m. Mountain Time on Monday, May 13, 2019 through 5 p.m. Mountain Time on Friday, June 7, 2019. you will be able to place reservation requests. It doesn't matter when you place your requests through the Breckenridge Grand Vacations Annual Reservations System, as long as you do so on or before the Friday, June 7, 2019 deadline.  

Q: When will I find out what week(s) I received?
A: On Thursday, June 13, 2019 you will receive an email confirmation, or you can also log on to Grand Central to see your reserved week. Please remember that this web-based process for taking your requests does not guarantee you will receive your first choice of check-in day, or that you will be assigned to a week that you have requested.  

Q: How does the system work?
A: The Breckenridge Grand Vacations Annual Reservation System uses an extensively tested computer program that will determine what check-in day you will receive by using a prioritized list based off a formula that will match as many owners to one of their top choices as possible within the available inventory.  

In order to accomplish this, summer owners will be placed into a priority group based on whether they received their first choice reservation in past years, their second-choice reservation, etc. Owners who are participating for the first time will be randomly assigned a priority group. This system also gives priority to owners who did not receive one of their top choices during the last request and assignment process.  

Q: How do I place my requests?
A: You can place your requests anytime during the approximate 30-day request window by logging into Grand Central, www.bgvgrandcentral.com. Once logged into Grand Central, you will see a link on your homepage that will take you to the Breckenridge Grand Vacations Annual Reservations System. We have provided an instruction guide for you on this website, complete with illustrations.  

In addition, Grand Timber Lodge owners who own more than one week of vacation ownership in summer 2020 and do not want to request weeks 24-31, will receive priority over owners of just one week, per Schedule I of the Grand Timber Lodge Owners’ Association Rules and Regulations. Q: How many requests do I have to place?
A: You will be required to place a minimum of 15 check-in day requests for a two-bedroom unit or 10 check-in day requests for a three-bedroom unit for each week that you own. If you place less than 15 or 10 check-in day requests, you will be excluded from the online request system and will not receive a week. We also strongly encourage you to place more requests beyond the required 15 or 10 to increase your chances of getting a week reserved.  

Q: Can I split my week using lock-off units?
A: Yes, you can request to lock-off your unit while using the Breckenridge Grand Vacations Annual Reservations System. You still need to place a request for a minimum check-in days for both units when requesting to lock-off your unit. 

Q: How can I request Partial Stays (stays for less than 7 nights)?
A: Call the Breckenridge Grand Vacations Owner Relations department at 877-453-4440 from Monday, May 13, 2019 through Friday, June 7, 2019 to request Partial Stays for summer 2019. Please do not place your requests through the Breckenridge Grand Vacations Annual Reservations System as doing so will waive your right to request Partial Stays.  

Q: Can I request to have my week automatically deposited with Interval International or placed into the Breckenridge Grand Vacations rental program?
A: Yes, when placing your requests, you can select an option that will notify the Breckenridge Grand Vacations Owner Relations department that you would like to have your week deposited into your Interval International account, or placed into the Breckenridge Grand Vacations rental program. If you wish to do either of these options, the Owner Relations team will contact you to confirm that your week has been deposited with Interval International, or to process and execute your rental agreement to place your week into the rental program.  

Q: What will happen if I am not confirmed into one of my requests?
A: If you are not confirmed into one of your requests, you will be automatically placed into a remaining week. We recommend placing as many requests as possible to avoid being automatically assigned a week and check-in day.  

Q: What if I don't have internet access?
A: Our Breckenridge Grand Vacations Owner Support Specialists will be available during the request window to submit requests for anyone that would like the assistance. The Breckenridge Grand Vacations Owner Relations department is open Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mountain Time, excluding major holidays, and we can be reached at 877-453-4440. 

Q: After I have put in my requests, do I need to do anything else?
A: Once you have submitted your 15 check-in day requests, you can sit back, relax, and let us do the  rest! You will receive an email confirmation on Thursday, June 13, 2019, and you can also log on to www.bgvgrandcentral.com to view your reserved week.
